Shootings for the Film “Kingdom” come to a closure – inauguration is expected

Today is an amazing season in Kosova, with great opportunities and tremendous possibilities. Yet because of global tensions and uncertainty, it seems that there are more and more messages that come from the news and modern media which fosters a sense of fear, resentment and hostility towards others. However there is one story that is being produced in Kosova that offers a positive message that brings hope to those who are anxious.

GemStone Media – a ministry of Greater Europe Mission in Germany is producing a present-day retelling of the Prodigal Son story, based on Luke 15:11-32 in the Albanian language.

It is filmed in Kosova, Albania and Montenegro using professional actors from the Kosova National Theater and Kosova television. Some of known artists playing in this Film are: Asllan Hasaj, Kumrije Hoxha, Artan Geca, Kushtrim Kastrati, etc.

The goal of this film, called Mbretëria (The Kingdom) is to reveal the merciful heart of the Father, His patience, compassion and forgiveness, through a memorable retelling of this Bible story in a contextually relevant way.

Believers will be able to share this film in home groups and among their unbelieving friends, to encourage compassion and forgiveness in their relationships with family and friends and as a springboard to explaining God's ultimate act of compassion and forgiveness towards all of us through Jesus Christ.

Join us in praying for this project as it is being completed in the coming months. To learn more about the project, click here:  http://us13.campaign-archive2.com/?u=aeb4e8de6a426e97a4b18910d&id=317a9c1c06&e
