Ambassador Jan Braathu in cognitive visit to the Protestant community
The new head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Ambassador Jan Braathu and his associates paid a cognitive visit to the Kosova Protestant Evangelical Church (KPEC). At the office of the Protestant Community, the delegation was received by KPEC leadership of Pastor Driton Krasniqi president and Pastor Femi Cakolli Council member as well as KPEC Office manager Mr. Valdet Zogaj.
In this courtesy meeting, were exchanged ideas and views about the situation in Kosova in general and in particular of the religious sphere. During the discussion it was highlighted the role of the Protestant church in Kosova as a community with over 200 years of church tradition.
The parties agreed to continue mutual cooperation. Pastor Krasniqi thanked Ambassador Braathu for all the good works the OSCE Mission has done to assist the people of Kosova and assured him of our prayers.
